The 750 Court Street Parking Garage includes a
922 space parking facility available to guests of the Double Tree Hotel
& Convention Center and city patrons. The garage is being built in
conjunction with the Hotel where a green roof was designed to help aid
in the control of stormwater. An oil and water separator was also
added to the garage drainage system to make the site more eco-friendly.
The bids received and the prices obtained for the project allowed for an
extra floor to be added to the building.
