The Goggleworks Land Development project consisted of combination plans for demolition of existing buildings and a 300,000 Square Foot Art Center Building with $600,000 of improvements to retro-fit existing buildings. BEI staff were involved with the design of handicap ramps, landscaping, parking lot improvements and loading docks. The improvements also involved the removal of large underground storage tanks.
During the Land Development process, BEI staff successfully overcame Zoning issues for parking and property line disputes with adjacent land owners.
