The Double Tree Hotel & Convention Center sits
seven stories high and consists of 214 rooms with multiple luxury
suites. A green roof was designed to aid in the absorption of
stormwater at the site. The main lobby reveals a 25 foot cathedral
ceiling with two banquet halls. Full land development, traffic
engineering and construction administration services were provided for
this project.
