As Mike Zerbe's pharmacy grew, it was clear his
current location was too small. Planning to move his store to a
new location just a half mile down the road, Mike came to us for full
land development and subdivision services. Taking into account the
surrounding area, the pharmacy contains horse hitching posts for the
Amish residents who routinely shop at the pharmacy.
