Our client acquired a seven acre former navel marine site to provide the community with an additional medical office closer to home. Our team was asked to investigate environmental concerns and prepare a feasibility study for its future use. Our study was unique because one acre of the site was given to Mary’s Shelter. This organization provides temporary housing for young women in a crisis situation. The site will be designed to accommodate the safety of children and education of young women while providing the community with its medical necessities.
