This 112 single family housing unit subdivision required a traffic
impact study to determine its future needs. The study reviewed the
intersections of West Main Street & West Pine Street and Leesport Avenue
& Wiselee Court. Our team calculated the growth possiblilities and
determined the site should operate at a Service Level C.
