Sun Rich Fresh Foods, pat of the Buttonwood Gateway project, was a
successful attempt to improve the conditions along Buttonwood Street in
the City of Reading. BEI provided land development services to both
parcels on the site, Sun Rich and Hydrojet.
The design allowed a narrow road to be positioned on the site reducing
the amount of pervious paving. This supported the absorption of
stormwater from the adjacent, two tiered parking lot.
