BEI provided full land development services for this project, including
permitting, grading and stormwater design. This 8 acre site now
consists of 2 lots. Infiltration testing showed stormwater was an
issue at this site. To combat this challenge, infiltration beds
were designed to minimize the effects of stormwater.
